Drive System
ONROLL utilizes a direct center driven pinch roller drive system with large shafts. Center driven helps pull the material through evenly without torsion.
Direct Drive
Large direct drive shafts enable the machine to reach 90 FPM rollforming speed. Geared drive for long lasting.
Panel Width Adjustment
ONROLL has a truly symmetrical width adjustment on both sides of the drive rollers, making infeed easy and quick. Precision linear rails with a high-pitch lead screw ensure parallel positioning of the tooling based on the width of the panel, with no off-center side loading. The tooling is free-rolling; the center neoprene rollers drive the material through ONROLL to minimize torsion in the panel.
Panel Width
Panel infeed adjusted via wheel handle with quick handle locking for position. The width adjustment positions via steel imbedded belt with 5 years warranty. Including precision linear rails and high pitch lead screw.

Power
Machine can come either Briggs & Stratton Vanguard 14HP Gas Powered, 230 Volt Single Phase, 230 Volt 3 Phase, or 400/460V 3 phase Electric Motor. Power units can be quickly changed in less 5 minutes
Hydraulic Drive
Robust hydraulic drive with safety cover removed.
Quick disconnects for the hydraulic drive unit to the power unit.
Tooling
Tooling is made from stainless steel for long lasting with a 5 year warranty.
Quick Change Tooling
Easy loading of tool with no hassle quick change pinned placement on the tool rail. One set of tooling comes standard.
Guide rails to support panels as it rolls through the tooling
Easy view of tooling through hinged locking windows. No need to remove covers to view infeed of panel.
Unique quick and easy dial adjustment of rollers for material thickness. .015” per each step . No need for filler gauges and operator miss alignment.
Easy loading of tool with no hassle quick change dowel pinned placement on the tool holder.
Exit Shear
Post shear is made of tool steel for maximum life.
Limit Switch Sensor
After shear cut rollformer will not move till panel that is cut is removed. Saves on damaging panels!
Fully adjustable on the width for left and right profile guides .
Safety
ONROLL is built with operator safety in mind, ensuring secure and reliable performance on every jobsite.
Emergency Stop
Emergency stops located at control, rear left, front right by motor.
Safety covers at tooling and exit shear.
Decoiler
2 Decoilers are standard on the ONROLL. Each with 3,000lb capacity. Adjustable tension lock enables coil to decoil, but no over spill when machine pulls decoiler.
Control System
Large 10.1” screen on Roll-Link Control. Meets IP66 international standard that can withstand wind driven rain. The PLC in the control cabinet meets IP69K international standard which can operate completely under water.
